Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the warehouse.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation for outbound shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification with demonstrated safe operation
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification with experience operating various lift types.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in using barcode scanning and labeling software.
