Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across all operations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs, and procure necessary tools and materials.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain departments to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of technicians or production staff
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Proficiency in maintaining production schedules and managing inventory within a manufacturing setting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on safety and quality
