Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Shop Foremans who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Forklift certification or other heavy equipment operation experience.
• First Aid and/or CPR certification.
