Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of skilled manufacturing technicians.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and assign tasks to shop personnel.
• Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production management to implement process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various manufacturing machinery

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
