Salary Range: $40,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and instrumentation.
• Document and report quality data, including inspection results and defect trends.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on quality-related topics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering technology) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
