Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes for quality non-conformances.
• Manage the internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure products meet specified quality standards.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and report on quality performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and corrective action requests.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong understanding and application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring quality professionals.
