Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mason that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising or leading a team of quality professionals.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with ISO 9001 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
