Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Ludington region seeking CNC Machinists. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation or product quality.
• Select and utilize appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and G-code.
• Demonstrated ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines and tools.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
• Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
