Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing financial reports.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for financial and operational documents.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a combined bookkeeping/office management role, preferably within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Proven ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a small to medium-sized business.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in general office administration and vendor management.
- Demonstrated experience with month-end close processes and generating financial reports.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with payroll processing for a manufacturing workforce
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations or compliance requirements
