Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hudsonville that are seeking Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues, minimizing downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow to the assembly line.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
