Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drives root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex quality issues.
• Develops and implements advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies.
• Leads cross-functional teams in process improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
• Utilizes statistical methods for process monitoring, control, and capability analysis.
• Mentors junior quality engineers and provides technical guidance.
• Collaborates with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality from concept to launch.
• Conducts internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (CQE, CSSBB, etc.)
• Experience with AI/ML applications in quality
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
• Project management experience
