Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Walker seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners.
• Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
