Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Caledonia seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain gains.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• PMP or other project management certification
• Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding)
