Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate lean manufacturing events (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach teams in CI methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in process improvement.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners.
