Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and repair of a wide range of measurement equipment.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment history logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with measurement equipment and calibration standards.
• Develop and update calibration procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on calibration lab equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with various test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure calibrators).
• Strong understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI Z540).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and calibration procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to instrumentation and calibration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated calibration systems.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.
• Ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments on equipment.
• Experience with various metrology software packages (e.g., Fluke MET/CAL, Beamex CMX).
