Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for significant deviations.
• Adjust forecasts based on real-time data, market changes, and supply chain constraints.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and highlighting potential risks.
• Utilize forecasting software and statistical models to generate accurate predictions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and build accurate forecasts.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, production, and other cross-functional teams.
