Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Manage facility-related projects, including expansions, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for the entire facility.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations for the manufacturing site.
- Administer facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
