Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on a scheduled basis to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Install and commission new manufacturing equipment, including calibration and testing, at client sites.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Document service activities, including repair details, parts used, and customer interactions, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications, technical manuals, and safety protocols for all assigned equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery or automation systems
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including experience with PLCs, motors, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various field environments
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with robotics or automation systems.
- Certifications in specific manufacturing equipment (e.g., PLCs, HMIs).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software.
- Prior experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
