Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize fabrication processes for efficiency.
- Manage material inventory and coordinate procurement to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine product specifications.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and associated equipment, with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS) highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and program fabrication machinery, including CNC press brakes, shears, and punches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of quality control principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
