Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental compliance for all facilities.
• Coordinate space planning and facility expansion projects to support production growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and support staff.
• Ensure optimal functioning of utilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and EHS best practices.
• Experience with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs.
