Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental compliance for all facilities.
- Coordinate space planning and facility expansion projects to support production growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and support staff.
- Ensure optimal functioning of utilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and EHS best practices.
- Experience with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs.
