Finishing Supervisor | Hart, MI

Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Finishing Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of finished products.
• Manage and schedule a team of finishing technicians.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product finishing and packaging.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols within the finishing department.
• Optimize workflow and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train and mentor new finishing personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques relevant to finishing operations.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
