Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production costs, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations related to manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive financial accountability across the manufacturing process.
• Conduct variance analysis on actual versus budget/forecast for manufacturing expenses, explaining drivers and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing divisions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
