Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads within the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an inside sales role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products (e.g., machinery, components, materials).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
