Inside Sales Representative | Allegan, MI
Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Allegan seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various marketing channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities within target markets.
- Present and demonstrate manufacturing products and solutions to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to address customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
