Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues, often under pressure.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance and minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance and repair work.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques.
