Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure schedule alignment.
• Analyze production capacity and material availability to optimize the schedule.
• Monitor actual production against the schedule and adjust as necessary to meet targets.
• Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and update production plans.
• Generate reports on schedule adherence, performance, and key metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for master scheduling and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing production demands, and maintain schedule adherence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven ability to mentor and train junior scheduling staff
