Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Mechanics who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to identify root causes.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics for repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems beyond basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Prior experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
