Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding for all manufacturing roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, collaborating with operations on safety training and compliance.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, including experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management for a diverse workforce.
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish
