Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for all plant positions, from entry-level to leadership.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and safety regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll oversight and annual reviews.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development.
- Implement and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and operational efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices, particularly those relevant to manufacturing.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and their application within a factory setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with HRIS implementation and optimization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
