Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Jenison that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in manufacturing machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using schematics, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to optimize performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their electrical controls.
• PLC programming proficiency (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Arc Flash safety training and certification.
• Familiarity with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Certification in thermography for electrical systems.
