Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical issues on production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Performs preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Interprets blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to determine wiring configurations.
• Calibrates and tests electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Adheres to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborates with other maintenance staff and production teams to resolve electrical issues efficiently.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial control systems, motors, and machinery.
• Experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for diagnostics and minor programming.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout, and other safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Certification or advanced training in a specialized electrical field (e.g., high voltage, instrumentation, robotics).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints using CAD software.
• Demonstrated ability to train junior electricians or contribute to skill development programs.
