Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking HR Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with manufacturing operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing positions, from shop floor to management.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness within the manufacturing sector.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans for manufacturing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth for manufacturing employees.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within the manufacturing workforce.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages
- Demonstrated success in implementing HR technology solutions
