Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory control, warehousing, and transportation, including negotiating with carriers and third-party logistics providers.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Drive cost reduction initiatives within logistics operations without compromising service quality or delivery timelines.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
  • Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) are a plus.
