Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of PLC control systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) for work order management and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Certification or formal training in a specialized trade (e.g., HVAC, welding, industrial electricity).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, thermal imagers, and vibration analysis equipment.
