Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct predictive maintenance tasks, including vibration analysis and thermography.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and repair experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., HVAC, industrial electricity, hydraulics)
• Robotics maintenance experience
