Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience with PLCs and motor control systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix) for work order management and asset tracking.
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, electrical, hydraulics) beyond general maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, TPM).
