Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Basic welding and fabrication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming)
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or contribute to team-based problem-solving initiatives
