Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.
• Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Manage and mentor a team of inventory control specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking and management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize inventory control processes.
• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for inventory optimization.
