Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Paw Paw seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing operations and business goals.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team, fostering professional growth and efficient problem-solving.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
• Analyze and optimize IT costs while ensuring high service levels and technological advancement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their implementation/management in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and data management relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and teams, delivering solutions that support production efficiency and business goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with IoT solutions and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement cybersecurity initiatives within an operational technology (OT) environment.
