Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage and support virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V) for production and business systems.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and maintain data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for critical manufacturing systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the factory floor and office.
• Monitor system performance, security logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs) and experience with network device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, and MES systems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage cybersecurity best practices and solutions for IT/OT convergence.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing context (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
