Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure within the manufacturing plant.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new manufacturing-specific software solutions (e.g., MES, ERP modules).
• Ensure the reliability and performance of operational technology (OT) systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and robotics.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with production goals and budget constraints.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including network design, server administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor IT teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT processes.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or specific vendor certifications relevant to manufacturing IT.
• Experience with IoT solutions and data analytics for manufacturing optimization.
