Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and security of critical operational technology (OT) systems.
- Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity for manufacturing facilities.
- Lead the implementation and support of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts for hardware, software, and support services.
- Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation for manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their integration with manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and their application to OT/IT convergence in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Experience with industrial automation technologies (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLCs) and their integration with IT infrastructure.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT processes.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or specific vendor certifications relevant to manufacturing software/hardware.
- Experience managing IT for a multi-site manufacturing operation.
