Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Administer basic HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing an office in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff.
