Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking NPI Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new product introduction.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct DFM/DFA reviews and provide feedback to design engineers.
• Design and implement production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues during NPI phase.
• Establish and maintain process documentation for new product lines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, manufacturing processes, and test methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle) and PLM systems.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation and data analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or other Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers or lead small project teams.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or automation.
