Salary Range: $57,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, optimizing costs.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Administer new hire onboarding and employee records for factory and office staff.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Support manufacturing leadership with scheduling, report generation, and presentations.
  • Manage internal communications and information flow across departments.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply chain for office materials, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
