Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPI teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
• Develop and implement production control plans for NPI builds.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and testability of new products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI related issues.
• Manage and track NPI project timelines and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD).
• Familiarity with common manufacturing test equipment and debug techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to script or automate tasks using Python or similar languages.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
