Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the front office, ensuring efficient operations and a professional environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and interoffice correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for administrative documents.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and facility-keeping services.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of staff.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
