HR Generalist | Montague, MI

Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking HR Generalists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, interviewing, and offer management.
• Administer employee benefits programs and act as a liaison with providers.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
