Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues specific to manufacturing operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment on the production floor, including PCs, scanners, and specialized machinery interfaces.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to shop floor systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Document IT procedures and solutions for manufacturing-specific applications and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and address recurring IT issues impacting manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist with the deployment and support of new manufacturing software and hardware systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for industrial equipment and standard office systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary manufacturing software.
- Experience with ticketing systems and documenting resolutions.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and their application in a manufacturing setting.
