Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with sales forecasts and customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial oversight
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to implement and manage change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in fostering a positive and engaged work culture.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or customer base.
